About the wine

Olivier Rivière is a name that you have to remember; or not, because you will hear a lot more about him in the future anyway! His wines are too good and exceptional, so admirable what he has already achieved and how freely and independently he goes his way. Through several very well-known stations in France and Spain, Olivier has gradually and purposefully acquired knowledge of biodynamic viticulture and natural wine and has been applying it on his own behalf since 2006. The love for Burgundy has never gone out and blazes in each of his wines (and in aging, which is usually done in very small quantities!). Fantastic and inexpensive wines on top of that! Wild and tame, distinctive elegance, great cinema.
