The Ronchi di Manzano winery is one of the quality leaders in Friuli. The committed Roberta Borghese, who gained her experience in Champagne and California (Dominus), among others, is responsible for this white wine paradise on the border with Austria and Slovenia. She is particularly proud of the Friulano, which she describes as the crowning glory of her collection. It comes from the oldest vineyard on the estate and is aged in oak. This gives it an additional taste dimension. An attractive almond bouquet is typical of Friulano. The aromatic richness with floral scent, ripe fruit, pear, minerals and hazelnuts make it the ideal accompaniment to antipasti, asparagus, Parma ham.
