About the wine
At the end of the 90s, Andrea Arici and his father founded the Azienda Agricola Colline della Stella winery and let it shine in new splendor. The first harvest was harvested in 2002 and since then, beautiful sparkling wines have been produced, which, thanks to harmony, elegance and complexity, are among the best Dosage Zero in Franciacorta.
Tasting note
Medium lemon yellow, scent of green apple, bay leaves and minerality. Precise palate aromas with beautiful freshness and liveliness. Because it is stored for a long time, it is extremely harmonious, balanced and has a wonderfully integrated mousse.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in steel tanks and aged on the lees for six months. The wine is then filled into the bottle with the addition of the liqueur de tirage and closed with a chrome cork. The second fermentation starts and the wine ages on the lees for 60 months. After disgorging and adding the minimum liqueur d'exposition, the wine ages in the bottle for another three months before being released for sale.
