Finca los Hoyales is a single-vineyard wine with a limited production of 23 barrels/6604 bottles (vintage 2012). Each individual bottle is numbered. Fermentation and aging in the same barrique give it a nice balance and a sophisticated structure. The expressive aromas of fresh, red wild berries and spicy notes of cloves and nutmeg are paired with the fine minerality. On the palate, the wine is strong and smooth, with aromas of plum, thyme and balsamic nuances. Elegant and perfectly structured. The finish is long, silky and fruity with fine roasted aromas.
