The GRAPES FROM Christian Tschida Felsen II 2021 impress with their small berries right from the harvest. When harvested, they appear visually and aromatically almost like blackcurrants. The vines are rooted deep in skeletal quartz and limestone soil and keep yield and alcohol low. As always, it is filled unembellished and unfiltered. The wine is aged to perfection in barrels of 1200 to 1500 liters. And you can tell that in the wine. Strong, dark and mysterious on the nose until the finish. A wine of absolute race and class!
