About the wine
The philosophy of Giovanni Corino is based on the following basic principles: great attention to work in the vineyard in order to preserve the characteristics of the terroir while respecting nature. For this reason, products based on copper and sulfur are mainly used, without the use of pesticides. The sulfite content in the bottles is at least 50% less than what Italian law allows. During vinification, Corino tries to find the right balance between modernity and tradition.

Tasting note
Nose: Aromas of cherries, plums and blackberries with spice. Refreshing and harmonious on the palate and with a full, smooth structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with chicken dishes, risotti and pasta.
Vinification
The grapes, carefully harvested by the winery team, macerate for about 5-7 days and ferment at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 30 degrees. After tapping, the wine is transferred to stainless steel, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and then matures for 8-10 months.
