The Meunier grapes come from sites in the Vallée d l'Ardre, which is part of the greater Montagne de Reims region. 57% of the base wine was aged in steel tanks and 43% in oak barrels. The nose features aromas of wild berries, clementines, orange peel and yellow plums, plus some blossom honey, spiced with notes of smoked almonds, black tea and fine mineral tones. On the palate, beautiful, inviting fruit sweetness at the start, paired with good acidity structure and subtle, mineral salt note, quite full-bodied and vinous, with subtle licorice tartness in the finale.
