An elegant accompaniment to meat dishes, lamb and game, or to game fowl, pies and ripe cheeses.

The approximately 8 ha of vineyards are planted with 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The average age of the vines is 35 years. After pressing, the grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The young wine is then aged for 16 to 18 months in 60% new oak barriques.
