The winemaker from the Swiss winery Hammel SA has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and fertile landscape of Vaud. The provocative red wine 2020 — Château de Vullierens Gamaret is the missing piece of the puzzle on your wine rack. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This gamaret can be served very well with duck foie gras or game terrine.

Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. Ripeness monitoring to determine harvest time, yield limit, harvest and hand-pick to keep berries intact. Additional sorting out of the best berries upon arrival in the cellar. Maceration on the skins for approximately three weeks. Ageing on fine lees in oak barrels for 9-12 months. Easy filtration.
