About the wine

Harvested at the end of August, destemmed in 2 open 300 liter barriques, not slipped, 10 days of mash fermentation, pressed into the same barrels, aged to filling on full yeast and without sulfur, homeopathic swelling of 5 mg/l SO2. Drinking depth from now until 10 years

Tasting note
Fermented grape juice! Smoky herbal spices, fine yellow tropical fruit, candied orange zest, mace, dark minerals. Juicy, fine white tropical fruit, mineral, lemony nuances, a multi-faceted accompaniment to food, limes in the aftertaste, delicate drinking experience of a different kind.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with dishes with lots of herbal notes, pickled bacon and snacks.
