It goes well with a smoked Iberico Bellota, with grilled spring onions, Piementos de Padron and a red mojo sauce.

Located in the Polkadraai Hills and just a stone's throw from False Bay, this plot consists of just 7 rows of biodynamically grown Cabernet Franc. Coarse granite soils and a cool maritime climate make for a wine with consistent tannins and lots of fresh fruit. The grapes were fermented naturally as whole bundles in open top fermenters with regular push downs. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for a further 11 months in old French oak barrels.
