Tasting note
Dark ruby red with purple reflections. Distinctive cherry and wild strawberry fruit, subtly playful wood aromas of chocolate and vanilla, very fruity and inviting. Very mild acidity, elegant, silky style with great richness and noble extract sweetness. Juicy on the palate, full of sweet cherry fruit, with a fine scent of precious wood. Long finish with ripe, juicy tannins and exceptional balance.
Vinification
The mash fermentation is carried out using our own yeast selection and lasts 7-10 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in large oak barrels. After being stored on fine yeast for 6 months, the wine matures for up to 16 months in small French and American oak barrels.
