About the wine
With Tenuta La Presa, a dream comes true for the Dei Micheli family. In 1995, the bold decision was made to buy a large estate of over 30 hectares in Caprino Veronese. It was called “La Presa” and became the starting point of what it is today. With over 100 hectares and two wine cellars for production and aging, Tenuta La Presa is one of the most beautiful wineries in the Verona area.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red with good transparency. Bouquet of small red fruits such as wild strawberries, currants and cherries; red rose, with balsamic notes. Tasty in the mouth with juicy fruit aromas, pleasantly tannic.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with pasta and grilled meat.
Vinification
Cold maceration of the grapes below 10° for 5-6 days, with daily repumping. Natural temperature rise to 18°C, more frequent pumping and start of fermentation. Subsequent tapping and end of fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
