About the wine
This outstanding red wine 2015 — Barbera d'Alba Fisetta DOC gives the term taste a new meaning. The winemaker from the Italian winery Oberto - Ciabot Berton has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Piedmont. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Barbera with Piedmontese dishes or pasta.

Tasting note
The Paola siblings build in the heart of the Barolo area and Marco Oberto not only Nebbiolo for their genuine Barolo, but also Barbera and they even have a vine population of a considerable age of over sixty years. The Barbera d'Alba Fisetta (name of Rebage) is being expanded in a modern way, i.e. without wood contact. being Character is therefore very special about fruitiness embossed. On the palate, and this is the result of strict Yield limitation, it is attractively full and soft.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, beef, veal, venison, pork, grilled meat.
Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Im Herzen des Barolo-Gebietes bauen die Geschwister Paola und Marco Oberto nicht nur Nebbiolo für ihren genuinen Barolo an, sondern auch Barbera und sie verfügen sogar über einen Rebbestand im beachtlichen Alter von über fünfzig Jahren. Der Barbera d'Alba Fisetta (Name der Reblage) wird modern ausgebaut, dh. Ohne Holzkontakt.
