Tasting note
Cherry red robe and complex bouquet with notes of ripe, black fruit, almonds and cedar blossoms accompanied by spicy notes reminiscent of cocoa and vanilla. Soft and tasty on the palate with fine tannins and a touch of chocolate. The long-lasting finish is accompanied by a subtle cassis note.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red meat, stews, sausages, tuna, semi-smoked cheese and grilled mushrooms.
