About the wine

This present Tempranillo 2019 — 30 Wishes crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Neleman masters this red wine in the graceful landscape in Levante. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this tempranillo with lasagna or polenta.

Tasting note
The strong spectrum of aromas of this shiny ruby red wine impresses with notes of red currant, ripe blackberries, sour cherries, dried fruit and plum. The palate has a delightful, fruity freshness and pleasant tannins, supported by an incredibly soft, full-bodied body and rounded off by a long lingering finish.

Unsere Empfehlung: Geniessen Sie diesen Rotwein bei leicht gekühlten 12°-14°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2030. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: 30 Wishes harmoniert hervorragend mit rotem Fleisch, Pizza und Lasagne.
Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Die Trauben stammen von 50 Jahre alten Reben aus einem auf 1.000 m.Ü.M gelegenen Nationalpark nördlich von Valencia, sie werden schonend per Hand gelesen. Es erfolgt eine lange Maischestandzeit, sanfte Vergärung, und Reifung im Edelstahl und Betontank. Frühe Füllung. Reifung auf der Flasche.
