Tasting note
Color: Medium-density golden yellow with bright reflections. Aroma: Nose typical of the variety, ripe fruity, of apricots, mirabelles, finely tart nuance reminiscent of star fruit, herbaceous aftertaste, lemon balm. Body: Soft, long start, the crunchy acidity sets an exciting accent, seductive fruit sweetness, slightly tart minerality in the finish. Quality: pure Mosel!
