About the wine

The “Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon” shows aromas of ripe black and red fruits as well as notes of tobacco, earth and a touch of herbs, all with a French oak background. This classic Cabernet has a full body, concentrated flavor and a lingering finish. The “Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon” is made from fruits from a number of the best Cabernet vineyards in the Golan Heights. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new. A “Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon” can be enjoyed right from the moment you buy it. However, with patience, it improves and remains in excellent drinking condition for a decade or longer. Try the wine with filet mignon with a balsamic glaze, Moroccan lamb tagine or creamy polenta with slow-roasted mushrooms.
