Tasting note
After skin contact in cold weather and fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine can age with its yeast for several months to improve its rich creaminess and mouthfeel. Intensely golden in color, it shows an aroma of apricot, peach and smoke accents in its long aftertaste.
Vinification
The Viognier flower variety was originally planted on the estate in 1993 in collaboration with the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Agricultural School. After cold skin contact and fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine can age with its yeast for several months to improve its rich creaminess and mouthfeel.
