About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Obrist masters this white wine in the sunny and enchanting landscape of Vaud. With this dominant Chasselas 2016 — Villeneuve Grand Cru Passage du Romain Chablais AOC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chasselas with cheese platters or aperitif.

Tasting note
Beautiful pale yellow, with silver sparkles. Rich, floral, camomile and honeysuckle aromas, mineral notes round off the bouquet perfectly. A lively first impression, followed by a well-rounded, velvety structure and a flattering, melting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with shrimp cocktail, pumpkin soup, “marinière” mussels, trout fillets, mushroom slices, fried chicken, Vaudois saucisson, sliced cheese.
