About the wine
The Val di Foro is a valley between the Majella and the Adriatic Sea with a unique microclimate. This creates the perfect environment for growing a special grape such as Montepulciano. When planning the winery, care was taken from the outset to ensure that it merges with the surrounding area in order to keep the visual and ecological effects as low as possible. The wine cellar, which was recently built using the best technologies, is located in the middle of the vineyards on the south side of the valley.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with light purple reflections when young; when old, it becomes more garnet red. Fruity, intense, sometimes ethereal, spicy and dry taste, rightly tannic, full and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with red meats such as rib eye, sirloin or T-bone.
Vinification
The skins are soaked with the must at 25-30 °C over a longer period of time. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for 2 weeks. It is then aged for 6 months in steel tanks, then 12 months in oak barrels and about 6 months in bottle.
