About the wine
Vernaccia di San Gimignano was the first white wine region in Tuscany to receive DOCG status.
Tasting note
Fresh on the nose with notes of apples, on the palate fruity and full-bodied with a balanced acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, fish and seafood, white meat, carpaccio.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperatures in concrete and stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left to rest on fine yeast until the beginning of March.
