This Vermouth Bianco shows a perfect balance between sweet and bitter notes. The palate is delicately fruity with spicy aromas of anise and some licorice, paired with vanilla and rose. It is best to serve chilled with a dash of fresh lemon or a slice of orange to enhance the floral notes. The Marolo distillery has restored the original recipe from 1854, which was developed by Dr. Domenico Ulrich, a pharmacist and botanist. Only local botanicals and wine from Piedmont are used.
