About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Silvio Carta is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny countryside of Sardinia. The provocative white wine 2017 — Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Vermentino with light dishes or an aperitif.
Tasting note
This Vermentino is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it immediately gives off a floral scent, accompanied by exotic notes such as pineapple and cinnamon. On the palate, ripe pure fruit aromas, the queen of plums and a creamy integrated acidity. Mineral, long-lasting finish.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September. Whenever the perfect balance between acid and sugar has been achieved. Then gentle pressing and cool fermentation in steel tanks.
