About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Atlantis has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the blooming and picturesque landscape of Sardinia. Tasting note
It is intense straw yellow and gives off a hint of sea salt, combined with fruity notes of ripe peach, which result in a soft finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with raw seafood, sushi, light fish or vegetable dishes, and fried white meats.
Vinification
Immediately after harvesting, the grapes are carefully crushed. This is followed by 24-hour cold maceration before pressing with pneumatic presses. The clarified must then undergoes a long fermentation at 15° C.
