Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience when you offer this Aglianico with fried potatoes or beef tartare.

Now until 2028
Tasting note
The secret of Salvatore Molettieri wines is very simple: They are the best vineyards at high altitude on Montemarano, exact handwork in the vineyard, great care in the cellar. Thanks to the altitude, the growing season is dragging on, starting early in spring and usually not ending until November. Especially in southern regions, long growing seasons mean rich but particularly balanced grapes and wines at the end. The ageing takes place in large oak barrels and in barriques. Taurasi Renonno is powerful, rich in extracts and yet extremely elegant, on the palate it is soft and juicy with soft, perfectly integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: Now until 2028. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Taurasi Renonno DOCG goes perfectly with fried potatoes, leek vegetables and beef tartare.
