About the wine

Fabian is a young, out-of-the-box thinker who is not afraid to bend the rules and break new ground. He likes to present local, old grape varieties in a new light by processing them into complex but precise cuvées. This together with his winemaker friends from all over Austria, who are among the best in the country. Such as the Gesellmann winery or the Nittnaus brothers. These friendships developed during joint training at the Higher Federal School of Viticulture and Fruit Growing in Austria.
