Light straw yellow - fine, delicate nose with some apple and white flowers. Very straight and vinous on the palate with pure expression of the variety on the one hand and the terroir on the other. The farm “Brakkuil” is located about 150 kilometers north of the Badenhorst cellar with a view of the wild Atlantic Ocean, from which the wine gets its slightly saline expression. As in its native Andalusia, the Palomino variety also thrives here on sandy soils, where it grows its roots deep into the chalky subsoil.
