About the wine
A Quantum Weiss 2015 cuvée from Grüner Veltliner & Gemischtem Satz, half of the grapes were fermented on the skins for five days, matured in steel tanks & wooden barrels, minimally sulphurized, unembellished & unfiltered.

Tasting note
A pure Grüner Veltliner of a different kind. The turbidity is clearly visible in the glass. On the nose, a little lemon paired with yellow apple and herbs. On the palate, a game of spice and mild grape sweetness. Beautiful finish will be remembered for a long time.
Culinary recommendation
For everything that is fun! For aperitifs or cold starters with shellfish or sea fish - a natural fish lover.
Vinification
Unfiltered and unembellished, fermented on mash for five days, then aged for 9 years in wooden barrels.
