Tasting note
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, clear and translucent. On the nose, it has aromas of elderflower and wild flowers, and on the palate it is spicy and fruity with green apple, pineapple and golden plum.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, first courses, fish and white meats, soft and fatty cheeses
Vinification
Crushing and desealing of the grapes immediately after harvesting, brief maceration and subsequent separation and purification of the must. This is followed by thermally controlled fermentation with selected yeasts and, after about ten days, tapping and cleaning.
