Tasting note
Color: Strong ruby red. Aroma: On the nose, intense aromas of dark fruits such as blackberries combined with black pepper and cocoa. Character: Fills and seduces the palate with its full-bodied structure and well-controlled tannin, sweet and meaty.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasts, beef, lamb or game, recent pasta dishes or a cheese platter.
Vinification
Aging for 12 months in small French oak barrels.
