Sauvignon blanc is an old variety in Burgenland. It places special demands on its location. It grows excellently on poor flint soils — Flint, Silex. He finds this soil at the stone mill and produces expressive, distinctive wines here in combination with the Pannonian climate of Burgenland. Sauvignon blanc is only further propagated by a handful of our own vines in order to ensure its high quality unadulterated. The aromas of this sauvignon range from peppers to elderflowers to passion fruit.
