The Gaisböhl G.C. Monopol is equivalent to the VDP Großen Gewächs. It is full and smooth with a fine scent of poached pear, peach and ripe red apple. Backed by pineapple with hints of vanilla and camomile. Complex and delicately scented. The speech was almost opulent with lots of fruit and flavor. Exotic notes of grapefruit and mango enrich its spectrum. An enchanting mix of finely integrated acidity and lingering fruit sweetness. Elegant Riesling style, full-bodied and very round and velvety even in its youth. A lavish wealth of aromas — typical of Gaisböhl.
