About the wine
The distinctive Grenache 2015 — Rozas 1er Cru redefines nuances and accents. The wine-growing regions of the Spanish winery Comando G S.L. stretch across the Meseta countryside, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this grenache with spicy food or spicy dishes.

Tasting note
On the nose, a bouquet of aromatic herbs, wild berries, violets and rose petals. Very complex and multi-layered on the palate. An interplay between sour cherries and sweet cranberries, red-fruited, spicy, very delicate, elegant yet present and stable.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetables, grilled meat, lamb.
Vinification
The harvest is done by hand. The whole grapes are not destemmed and fermented in styles in open wooden fermentation stands with natural yeasts. It is then aged for 10 months in 14 hlconcrete tanks and 15 hl oak barrels.
