Tasting note
The Gamay, originating from the best slopes in the Dardagny region and the good Vaudois wine-growing region, and pressed using the technique of “La Saignée”, gives this cru its raspberry color. A wine with a bouquet of red fruits, both aromatic and juicy, supported by mineral notes and a fine sweetness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, meat and sausages, white meat and Asian cuisine.
