The Ripasso Il Bugiardo has the richness of a beautiful Amarone, but is a bit lighter than the Famous Amarone from the same producer. Still Powerful enough, however, to make a hearty dish of to be ideal companions. Ripasso is a common name in Valpolicella Traditional oenological technology, in which the normal Valpolicella part of Amarone pomace is added. This gives it a fabric density that is similar to the Big brother reminded - but not his tall brother alcohol content.
