About the wine
As a winery with a long history, the von Othegraven winery, now owned by Günther Jauch, is one of the first white wine addresses in Germany. Only late, from the end of October to well into November, has von Othegraven harvested the fully ripe grapes for generations, after which the wine is allowed to ferment with leisure and develop its characterful Riesling personality. The characteristics of each location are paramount.

Das Bukett des Riesling Herrenberg Grosse Lage Kabinett von Petrol, Nektarine und Ananas zeigt aromatische Komplexität und viel Finesse. Die hervorstechenden Nuancen von Apfel, Aprikose und Limette gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Ein Weisswein mit schlankem Körper und hervorstechender Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine vielschichtige Struktur entfaltet.
