Smoky and stony notes dominate in the beginning, but after prolonged contact with the air, they clear the way for ever more intense and precise stone fruit notes to return to the palate. It's more subtle there. Delicate fruit aromas and subtle salty notes complement. All of this is supported by a crisp acidity and a juicy body, which carry the wine over the palate for a long and lasting time.
