This wine is a border crosser. It comes from the oldest (60 years) and steepest vineyards in the estate. Sugar is always at the upper limit. In 2021, it is at 9.5g. The typical and very fresh acidity makes the wine appear significantly drier and makes it a wonderful accompaniment to slightly spicy or Asian cuisine.
