The grapes come from the eponymous location at 400-500 meters above sea level and are harvested by hand in small reading boxes. Composed of grapes from the Burgundy family, consisting of 45% Morillon (Chardonnay), 35% Weissburgunder; 20% Pinot Gris. The harvest is done by hand in small reading boxes. One third of whole grape pressing, the rest has a short maceration period of max. 3-6 hours. The aging takes place in wooden barrels of 300-500 liters. The wine is bottled unfiltered. The nose features aromas of juicy pears, yellow plums, vineyard peaches and delicate exoticism of dried pineapple, accompanied by subtle spicy notes of dried herbs and roasted nuts. With a nice presence on the palate, finely textured, with inviting fruit and again subtle spiciness in the finale.
