Tasting note
Attractive vivid very pale bright pink color. Fine and elegant expression with intense and fresh varietal aromas. Red fruits, strawberries and light rose petals. Fresh, well-structured and complex on the palate. Medium finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, Asian cuisine, freshwater fish, pasta, pizza and saltwater fish
Vinification
Tempranillo, Garnacha and Albillo are harvested separately by hand in boxes of 15 kg. Cold maceration lasting no more than two hours. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at low temperatures of 11 °C.
