About the wine
Give yourself a treat for the senses with the first-class Reserva Branco DOC Bairrada from 2018! Sunny landscapes in Bairrada give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Kompassus conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
The lemon-yellow color has greenish shades. The opulent nose of citrus fruits, apricots and linden blossoms is overwhelming. On the palate, it is as fruity as it is well-structured. Fresh acidity and the delicate, almost flattering woody aroma result in a long mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, poultry, raclette, fondue, asparagus, veal and vegetables.
Vinification
This cuvée is made from Bical and Arinto. Although the Bical was read at the beginning of August under Arinto only at the beginning of September. Fermentation and maturation take place for 8 months in 400l of used French oak barrels with batonnage.
