Tasting note
Bright, shiny golden yellow. Complex nose, multi-layered fragrance, fine and delicate. Citrus notes, ripe yellow fruit, well-integrated roasted aromas. Well-structured on the palate, with a creamy texture and supported by a refreshing acidity. Nice citrus notes. Aromatic finish of good length. A classic burgundy of enormous complexity.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with seafood, fish dishes and white meats.
Vinification
After harvesting, pressing and vinification, the young wine is aged in oak wood for twelve months. The malolactic fermentation also takes place in the wooden barrels.
