About the wine
This powerful sparkling wine — Prosecco Spumante di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Vigna del Cuc brut DOCG is in every sense of the word a hit right down to the last drop! The winemaker from the Italian winery Case Bianche masteres this sparkling wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and fertile landscape of Veneto. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this sparkling wine with crustaceans or fish dishes.

Vinification
The brood comes from a cru called Vigna del Cuc in the village of Case Bianche (Conegliano). After fermentation in steel, sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method. The procedure, until reaching 5 atm, takes 60 days. The residual sugar is 7.4 g/l, acidity: 6.42 g/l, dry extract 29.2 g/l.
