About the wine
You will certainly have a lot of fun with the first-class Proemio Amarone della Valpolicella DOC, which was produced in 2006. Fertile and beautiful landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Santi conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Wonderful intense crimson, dense robe with garnet reflections. Very complex range of aromas, dominating aromas of grapes, plums, vanilla and cinnamon. Full-bodied, powerful and powerful, beautifully integrated, strong tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Amarone can be proudly served on a large number of special occasions: over a cozy fireplace, as an accompaniment to a lively discussion, but also with venison back with teriyaki sauce, duck breast with currant vinegar or pork medallions in cranberry sauce.
