About the wine
Sunny and blooming landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Vinicola Mocavero conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With this provocative red wine 2011 — Primitivo del Salento IGT Santufili, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Primitivo with risotto or pizza.

Tasting note
Color: Intense red with purple reflections. Aroma: Red fruits canned in the nose, accompanied by rum pot nuances and fine spices. Character: Harmonious on the palate with soft tannins and good structure. Balanced aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with brasato, game, grilled meats and aged cheeses.
Vinification
Ageing for 7-8 months in barriques.
