Tasting note
Deep ruby red color, impenetrable and durable. The nose is intense with notes reminiscent of myrtle berries and blackberries, with nuances of Mediterranean maquis. In the mouth, it is rich and juicy, with round and elegant tannins, full of balance, good acidity and well-integrated alcohol content.

Wine that goes very well with meat and game dishes
Vinification
The appropriately selected grapes are destemmed and then pressed. The very sensitive skins of cagnulari are macerated for a long time at a temperature of 25°C, with only a small amount of pumping. The wine completes its ageing in thermoconditioned steel tanks.
