The first single-varietal blanc de noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir from Bertrand Delespierre. The grapes for this come from Chamery. Expanded half in steel tanks and in used 600Lt. barrels. The nose shows aromas of wild berries, cherry compote and quince jelly, finely spicy with subtle notes of roasted nuts, undergrowth and slightly smoky minerality.
