Tasting note
Floral and red-fruited aromas of St Laurent on the nose. On the palate, the wine is delicately tart with lively acidity and a fruity-floral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, grill, Mediterranean cuisine, poultry, seafood and veal.
Vinification
PINK St. Laurent Rosé from Tina Pfaffmann is made from the St. Laurent grape variety. The must is obtained by pressing whole grapes and is then pre-clarified. Fermentation and subsequent brief aging on yeast take place in stainless steel tanks.
