Vinification
Limited to 1,345 bottles This wine undergoes careful vinification, starting with destemming and crushing, followed by 48-hour cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and ceramic amphores. After 15 months of aging on fine yeast and 4 months of rest in the bottle, the result is an exceptional drop.
